I build clarity from chaos. Currently leading product and engineering at AWS PartyRock, where we're essentially a startup inside an enterprise, shifting from traditional AWS service thinking to startup-speed execution. Before this, I built and scaled two Solutions Architecture businesses within AWS, including creating the Rapid Response Team from concept to successful operation. The pattern is always the same: start with better questions, validate through small bets, scale what works.

This site is where I work through problems I haven't solved yet. Every post starts with genuine questions, not rhetorical ones. I write to think, not to teach.
